“Gone Fishing”

Second Person are a London based 3-piece-band who combine elements of hip-hop, electronica and jazz.

'Gone Fishing' is the brilliant creation of Katy Davis a London based animator and illustrator. The Animation was made using a mixture of traditional hand-drawn cell animation, 2D computer animation and video.

Gone Fishing won Katy the Channel Four - 4Talent Award 2007 for Animation and was used by Cobra Beer in film advertising on ITV2s CobraVision. It has also won awards at various film festivals and been screened around the world.

Katy used Adobe After Effects to composite the animation and when it came to mastering I produced the 16:9 widescreen version and graded in Final Cut Pro ready for Broadcast. Mastered to Standard Definition DVD and Digibeta.
