I've spent most of my life as Graphic Designer and started freelance Design at the age of 16, doing Corporate Identity, Logo Design and Desktop Publishing.

From there I discovered the joys of Motion graphics, going on to University to Study "Design for Film & Television: Video Graphics & Animation" where I learned Compositing using Quantel Paintbox and Adobe After Effects, Editing using linear suites controlled by the likes of the SONY BVE-9000 series and on Non-Linear edit suites including LightWorks.

As both an offline and online editor I have used Avid since 1994 and the world's most prolific edit software Final Cut Pro since its very first release in 1999.

What else can I say about myself?

I love the world and learning about all the things in it. I'm a real knowledge sponge especially for the weird and wonderful! So much so that often my pub conversations go down with a raised eyebrow and a sarcastic "yeah right!"...

Oh the universe is so much weirder than you people know!

I find myself playing Devil's Advocate more often than not, as i like a balanced view before i make decisions and half expect people to do the same! :p

I'm an Aquarian and am often shocked at the accuracy of my star sign attributes and my horoscope. I'm also a Dragon in the Chinese Horoscope... Grrrr!

I have a hell of a lot of energy but seriously need to take breaks as I am a work-a-holic, I just love my job!

I would dearly love to make more feature films or work on a really cool series like Heroes or BattleStar Galactica.
